Power Hour
Our Power Mat Pilates sessions take it a step further. We focus on:
- Targeting deep abdominal muscles to support your spine and posture.
- Strengthening glutes, legs, arms, and back through controlled, functional movements.
-Increasing joint range of motion and reducing tightness—especially in the hips, shoulders, and spine.

Infrared pilates
We’ve added infrared heat to our some of our Mat Pilates sessions—and it’s a game changer.
Unlike traditional heaters that just warm the air, infrared panels heat your body directly, offering incredible benefits during your workout:
– Helps muscles stay warm and oxygenated, reducing the risk of injury
– The gentle heat helps you move deeper into stretches and improve mobility
